Viet Voices is dedicated to building a resilient and thriving Vietnamese community in San Diego. Through grassroots community organizing, we seek to elevate the voice of the Vietnamese community to empower them to create a future of abundance for all. We focus on events, outreach, training, and civic engagement to strengthen the power of the Vietnamese people and advocate with our historically underserved community at every level of governance.
Civic Engagement
Educate the community on upcoming elections and increase voter turnout.

Empower renters to protect them from being displaced out of our community.

Build a safe and an inclusive space to support queer and trans Asian Americans to thrive.

At Viet Voices, our Civic Center serves as the beating heart of our mission to empower the Vietnamese community in San Diego. Beyond being a hub for vital programs such as voting and electoral initiatives, census participation, and advocacy for Democracy Dollars, our Civic Center symbolizes a profound commitment to democratic ideals and community-driven progress. It's where every voice matters, where the historically underserved find their power, and where collective vision shapes tangible change.
